Life in the UK test near London
Booking a Life in the UK test near London? Parliament sits in Westminster, and chapter 5 of the handbook explains how it works. Once you log in, the booking site shows which centres you can choose, with their addresses. Use that list and not a search result. Your ID must be an original, not a copy or a screenshot, and it must match your booking. Your phone and your watch go in a locker before you go in. Greater London is large, so compare travel times between the centres the booking site offers.
Tips for the day
- If you cannot go, cancel at least 3 days before and you get your fee back.
- Headphones are no longer a standard aid. They need an approved special arrangement.
- Have a back-up plan for the trip, such as an earlier train or bus.
